Dealing with Jarrod at Best Body and Infinite team has been really good. This chair has met all of our expectations. There was a slight tear in the leather on footrest from repacking/shipping and without hesitation i was sent a new one. Really appreciate that. The chair itself is classy looking for one and amazing with all the different auto modes and custom massages you can create on the remote. Only watchout is the calf massage on some settings really tight to point of hurting so you need to watch that and adjust the pressure down to a 1. Otherwise, we have zero complaints. I would recommend purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned kyota chair to anyone that will listen.
